Yoga (W)
Yoga is a gentle restorative exercise combining stretching, breathing and relaxation. Benefits include increased energy and improved muscle tone and flexibility. This is a drop-in class. Dress comfortably. Mats are provided for first-timers but you are encouraged to bring your own. Participants can also take part if they need to sit in a chair.
TGP East: Join Yoga instructors Dympna Ferrante on Tuesdays and Fridays, 11:00 a.m.-12:15p.m. and Nancy Burgard on Mondays, 6:30-7:45 p.m.
TGP West: Join Fabienne Bernard on Tuesdays 7:00-8:15 and Nancy Burgard On Wednesdays at 11:00am - 12:15pm
